The Long Haul

12 weeks of weight loss nutrition consultation - includes assessment and 60 minute consultation, recommended daily plan and 11 weeks monitoring intake with 30 minute weekly sessions plus email and phone calls as needed.


The Ironman

12 weeks of sports nutrition consultation (recommended 12 weeks prior to race day) - includes assessment and 60 minute consultation, recommended daily plan and 11 weeks monitoring intake with 30 minute weekly sessions plus email and phone calls as needed.

Off season is an important time to ensure your body is getting the proper nutrition to prepare for the entire next season.  This package includes 4 weeks of sports nutrition consultation (recommended in the off season) - includes assessment and 60 minute consultation, will provide recommended daily plan plus 3 weeks of monitoring intake with 30 minute weekly sessions plus email and phone calls as needed.

KEEPING IT REAL

On going monthly monitoring of weight and intake (6 month commitment) includes initial assessment and meal plan, touch base once a week with unlimited email and phone calls.


RE-CYCLE

This is a 30 minute review for previous clients that want to review their meal plan and principals of fueling with high octane nutrition.
